No n no Tenten is the one whos never done anything. Ino is the sole reason that Sakura believes in herself even a little. She also helped Choji ge ton track in the war. She contributes to team Ino-shika-cho with her mind jutsus and has gotten stronger.

Tenten is exactly the same as during the chunin exams. All she has changed is her clothes.

Btw Konan would win. I dont think Shino's bugs could get close enough before getting burned by paper bombs.

No, I believe Shino has a chance. The OP says that Konan has a "few paper bomb traps", but doesn't explain any other details. I'm assuming they'd be spead out and hidden in various parts of the battlefield.

Shino is capable of leading Konan into his own trap, being a stratergist and all that. He also doesn't pinpoint one area, but the whole area. Even if a bunch of his bugs do get blasted (possible not all of them might even die), he has a chance of catching Konan in another group of insects.

Also, the bugs can eat Konan's paper at a fast rate.

If I remember what the area where Konan fought Tobi looks like that would be helpful as well. Since the area can be a big advantage or disadvantage.
