did orochimaru have a grudge against minato

Orochimaru thought he was destined to become hokage when hiruzen gave the job to minato. Think he had some animosity toward minato?

No, I don't think so. Orochimaru never really wanted the title, he just wanted to use it to gain more power and longer lifespan. That's why he said he's going to learn all the jutsus. Hiruzen was gonna pick him but he defected. His second choice was Jiraiya, who refused so he can find Oro and bring him back, so Hiruzen chose Minato.

I was under the impression that Orochimaru had already been run out of the village by the time Minato became Hokage. Which isn't to say he wasn't envious on some level, but if Orochimaru had already been exiled there's no way he could become hokage at that point.

As for what Kabuto did to Edo Madara, he implanted cells from the first hokage into the body that was used to resurrect him and then stabilized the cells so that they wouldn't go crazy like they did with Danzo.

Nah oro defected after minato became hokage. How do u know he stabalized hashi's cells and why would he implant hashi cells into madara who already had hashi cells? How would he have stabilized the hashi DNA in a edo clone?
