Might Guy Breaking Genjutsu

I was just thinking and Guy and the gates. We know from the chunin exams that Guy is capable of breaking high lvl genjutsu in the normal way of doing a hand sign and release. I think he can break gen in another way too. We've learned that another way to break genjutsu is to disrupt your own chakra. The opening of gates is is removing the limit of chakra constraint naturally operated by the body.

And we know that if someone is caught in a genjutsu their body still can move and perform techniques like stopping chakra flow to pushing it.

I think that if Guy or Lee were caught in a genjutsu, they could open a gate to disrupt their own chakra flow and the gen user's control on their chakra and break the genjutsu.

You generally know when you have been caught in a genjutsu, disrupting the chakra flow is used once you realise you have been caught

Even if youre in a genjutsu you can do anything you can in the real world. Your body still moves, this is how people release themselves from genjutsus. If Naruto is caught in one and he does a rasenfan, his real body does it as well.

Weaving a sign and disrupting/countersteering are the same thing, since that's exactly what 'Kai' does.

For the second part I can only agree to some extent. He can cancel Genjutsu, like the most skilled Shinobi, but he has no particular talent at doing so. Opening a gate won't be enough to break an illusion though; disrupting is only step one. The second step, which is most likely the hard one, is navigating ones Chakra against the enemy's. The Genjutsu Kabuto used was no particular strong one, since even Sakura was able to break it. It earned its A-rank for its difficulty and most likely the large number of enemies it effects. A short remark: Ranks are not assigned for a technique's strength but for the difficulty of mastering it. Yet that method won't work in case the illusion is too strong or binds you, thus making you unable to form seals. The most fitting example would be Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu, that even Orochimaru couldn't break, despite having 5 points at Genjutsu.

In that case only a second person can break the illusion by inserting his/her own Chakra. The only known example is the Sharingan, which seems to be capable of breaking illusions without moving a finger.

When someone casts a genjutsu they are in control of the chakra in the target's brain, distrupting that chakra by yourself or by someone putting their own into breaks that control. Opening a gate gives a boost which would break the gen user's control and where is the first gate located? The brain.

This thought may be controversial but I think it could work. Yes in real time Tsukuyomi only lasts seconds but to the target and teh gen user it can be any amount if time, and to them that illusion is real. So since the gates do not require the user to calm themselves or anything (he can just open them) I dont see any reason why he couldnt escape it. Also tsukuyomi requires eye contact which Guy does not do against sharingan users, yet Kakashi will looks another sharingan right in the eye no matter how many times he's faced one....

Idk why he says that though really. I think maybe he thinks that.....but since this series has no narrator to tell us the absolute truth everything that a character says must be taken with a grain of salt because they can only tell us from their experience or what theyve heard.

Well for a regular genjutsu he's already able to break out of it, So with high level genjutsu he'd be able to break it out much easier but for genjutsu like Itachi's Tsukuyomi were it only needs one second to hit so most likely the impact of the damage would be much less. I'm not sure if the Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant can be broken out of when the toads continue to sing but , it does give gai a much better shot.
