Its tough. Bee is really strong and very fast, w/ his swords its he can easily cut anyone up. But the thing about Kakashi is he normally does not charge into battle, he thinks then acts. He can usually trick his opponents to come out the winner.

Its 50-50 for me

Kakashi hidden mist jutsu wht will Bee do? he cant see or do anything atm. and kakashi can see him due to his sharingan [not MS] pretty much over for bee, a chidori will do, if tht fails, he has earth style ,water , rasengan ,
also if u think kakashi is so weak tht he will lose to Bee without his tail beast ur wrong
he can use his first gate to boost him up aswell

Kakashi is not the copy ninja without his sharingan. That said, he has enough techniques to fight long or close range to give bee a rather hard won victory. But if the guy raps too much he'd be dead.... so Bee>Kakashi but with the slightest of margins!
