You can go directly to a sensei and VM them for training, you can find a list of Sensei as a sticky in the Training Grounds. You can also find training application threads and you can apply to threads but not all sensei have an application thread.
Ok. Seen as the answers so far have mainly either been trolls or hard to understand i'll explain it simply.
In this thread:You must be registered for see linksthere is a list of each sensei, what they teach, their online times and the names of their senpais, I suggest you take a look at it and contact a sensei that is online around the time you are ^_^

Here are some application threads if your lucky you'll get a Sensei to teach you from here. I personally don't like application threads and find training through vms.

Passion's Training Applications:

Just search Training Applications in the Search Bar, and a list of them will come up.
Also some of the threads I posted are closed, and will open when they get free space so I would subscribe to the thread so you can know when a spots opened.

whats the difference between sensei and sempai?
a sensei can teach everything like nin gen tai rain while a sempai is limited to just basic 5 + 1 or two KG elements. most of the senseis are either inactive, busy in RL or have a full student roster. you should stick with a sempai for now

VM/PM them.
