Well sasuke would have to seal them, and we haven't seen sasuke seal sh*t. So I'm going with oro and the senju bro's, unless his amaterasu burns them to a point where they cant regenerate, but i doubt it. Plus they were both kages which meant they probably had sealing techs, which would help seal amaterasu?

What people here are forgetting is that it isn't Hashirama and Tobirama that Sasuke would be fighting, it would be Orochimaru as he controls their actions which would limit their abilities in terms of speed/intelligence etc to that of the one controlling them.
