Hello all. This is my first post. I have been following Naruto for some time now. After watching the past two episodes of Naruto Shippuden, 248 and 249, I wanted to get a few things off my chest.
I have been wondering about a few things:
First, what happened first: the massacre of the Uchiha clan or the attempt of "Tobi" (or Madara, or Orichimaru, or Danzo or whoever is the masked man :0) to extract the nine tails from Naruto's mother?
Also, the Fourth Hokage applied a seal on this Tobi figure designed to permanently separate the possibilities of this Tobi figure to ever control the nine tails. His left arm even melted away. Could this be the reason that this Tobi figure is trying to manipulate Sasuke? In Shippuden episode 136, Itachi even mentions that Uchiha Madara is only a shell of himself and that the only person who could surpass him and achieve true immortality is him (Itachi). Perhaps because Itachi knew that this Tobi figure could not control the nine tails as he intended due to the seal put on him by the Fourth Hokage.
