-Water is a combination of elements in the real world. It is a source that makes life possible and sustainable. Much of the human form is even made of water. It can cahnge form from being solid, to gas, to liquid. For example clouds, rain, and ice are all forms of water.
-Water is one of the five basic elements in the narutoverse. It is a nature release used by shinobi for offensive and defensive purposes. Shinobi can manipulate near by water or that can create their own if skilled enough. Waters consistency can be changed as well, from liquid to gas to solids
-Water is strong against fire. Water can supress and put out the flames
-Water is weak against earth because earth can asorb it. Water is weak against lightning as well because water conducts lighting strengthening lightings effects
-Water can be used offensively and defensively by using jutsu that range from barriers like water bubbles and to creating companions such as sharks to attack an opponent
-Water can work with lighting to increase the effect of lightning techniques because water is a conductor of lightning. Water can also work with wind to increase the effects of water techniques increasing the strength of blows dealt

Ok thank you sorry I tried following the 5 basic elements clockwise chart.

While water can be enhanced while working with wind it is also weak to wind because with a strong or appropriate justu, wind can blow it away.

Water is also strong against sand. When soaked the sand becomes too dense to use freely and effectively

*focuses chakra at the feet and steps onto the pool still wearing water arm floaties. I sit on the surface and meditate. I feel the cool liquid below and the clean scent enters my nose. The connection with the water makes me aware of the flow of my own consciousness and being.*

You will change your chakra nature by infusing those properties of water into your chakra network. You must do this before doing any water jutsu. You will do this multiple times, clearing out the whole stack of papers, and when you are able to change your chakra nature almost instantaneously.

You will then manipulate the water so that it forms a small wave. You will then form it so that it suddenly shoots up and forms a blast of water. Then you will raise it up so that it forms a shield.

*I change my affinity and focus part of my chakra into my hands. I pull my hands back and worth gently moving the water into small waves. As I get more comfortable with the motion and feeling the waves become bigger. Finally I pull the wave up forcefully forming a shield in front of me.*

*I focus my chakra to my hands again this time double the amount I used before. I begin creating the wave in the pool. The swell is considerably larger now. When I feel in complete control I blast the water up creating a formidable shield!*
