Do you have any evidence that his Amaterasu is superior now? It cant be faster, since its technique that simply appears. If A was able to dodge it, Naruto can do the same, only better since hes notably faster.

Sasuke is savage right now but madaras a beast. Unless sasuke unlocks the Rin (which is possible) he will never surpass Madara. He May be better at controlling ameretsu but Madara is better at everything else, I mean come on his susanoo is two sided. No one else that has show susanoo has had a two sided susanoo. And just because we havent seen madaras full armored susanoo does not mean he doesn't have one. Once again: if A was able to dodge that Naruto can do it only better. Speed is the key when you are avoiding Sharingan eyesight, and Naruto has more than enough of that.
