So about that whole "Immortal Itachi running around" thing

I just thought about it, but isn't itachi... basically immortal now?

Kabuto says the only way to stop it is for the person who started it to cancel it.. Itachi broke free... sooo he's basically immortal now..

and 574 gave me chill bumps with the quote, seems like sasuke has to fight Itachi in his prime.. it's gonna be great

I honestly don't see why he can't.. but then again I don't understand everything about Shisuis eyes. But Madara awakened the Rinnegan... you'd think his eyes would be powerful enough to break it.

i think itachi just broke free from kabuto's control, not from entire jutsu. as soon as kabuto ends edo tensei, itachi will go back to his coffin again

well that could perfectly be true, but if so why hasn't kabuto ended it yet? he certainly sees itachi as a threat

He and Madara are practically 'immortal' unless Kabuto undoes the Edo Tensei which i'm sure he doesn't want to do. However, he's acting over his own conscience after using Kotoamatsukami on himself, unlike Madara who Kabuto could seize control over at any time.

I'm a little confused on that, so to end one person from edo, you have to cancel the whole jutsu?

i think he doesnt see him as a threat serious enough to end the jutsu, coz there is madara fighting with strong oponents like five kages.

come to think of it, kabuto said even if someone kills the originator of the edo tensei it still goes active meaning that if someone kills kabuto itachi will be immortal for sure but i dont know about madara

i think itachi will try to say "im leaving you to naruto" but sauske is like "so this is what akatsuki's done to you. your not even the real itachi" and attacks him. so itachi will actually try this time because he can't afford to be sealed up before he gets to kabuto. and it seems sasuke seems pretty untouchable since he can also spam amaterasu balls without bleeding blind eyes.

i just hope it won't be just susano spam vs susano spam. this better be an epic battle of skill and smarts.

Yeah, basically. I think once IWR is ended, Itachi returns to the pure world. The alternatives don't make much sense with Itachi staying in the impure world. It's not how things are meant to be.

We don't know if his eyes still bleed. They were on the opposite side of his face that was shown after using those Amaterasu shuriken things.
