Well aparently ms powers arnt available to just one person, amaterasu was used by sasuke and itachi and aparently tobi can use tsukuyomi, and maybe madara since he knew about it, so who is to say someone els cant use kotoamatsukami?

your also forgetting the relationships between them the 2nd mizukage bijuu could of had a argument with him or they were having some relationship issues and it didnt help the mizukage get out of the genjutsu just saying.

No it doesn't. Controlling a summon & controlling a Biju are two entirely different things. Summons are not anywhere near as powerful as the Biju. Not to mention the fact that the Biju are coupled with a Jinchuuriki who can disrupt the chakra flow to break genjutsu.
Manda does not have a partner who can break him out of it.

I figured as much. As far as the manga tells us, it was Shusui's move alone. BTW Kotoamatsukami would not work on a perfect Jinchuuriki in my opinion, it targets one indivdual as far as I know.
So you target either the Biju or the Host but one of them is gonna break the other one out of Koto Amatsukami. Please share if there's any reason to dispute that.

BTW: Even if Mei mentioned that the Genjutsu may have been similar to KA, she didn't say it was the same and certainly wasn't in a strong position of knowledge on the Uchiha(a Konoha clan) to give reasonable evidence.

Remember Sasuke vs Naruto??? Now I don't know if a sharigan can tame a beast while its inside its host or not but something tells me that its a possibility. I'm guessing sharigan users can actually link their minds with the person they are using the genjutsu on. In this case, the 9-tails was locked away so the only way the 9-tails would be able to wake Naruto out of it is if he gave Naruto some of his chakara. Still, Sasuke was able to actually see and talk to the 9-tails within Naruto just by casting an genjutsu on Naruto. He was even able to suppress the 9-tails chakara as well.

This tells us nothing relevent to Perfect Jinchuuriki. Sasuke seeing into Naruto is perhaps an indicator of something else.
Also, as Kurama himself said, he can only help Naruto a tiny bit while the seal is active.
The examples you are giving, although I respect you trying to challenge what I've come up with, you should always test a theory, are flawed.
Sasuke was able to supress the Kyuubi's chakra while Naruto was also suppressing the Kyuubi's chakra, for one.
Sasuke also suppressed it while it wasn't a partner of Naruto's but rather an enemy living within.

Finally, none of those scans hold any weight when it comes to my point about one being able to 'tag' the other out of Genjutsu. Rather you showed me Sasuke controlling Manda, which was Orochimaru's pet essentially and Sasuke suppressing an already sealed and suppressed Kyuubi.

Also, I'm not sure this was a Genjutsu but rather Sasuke seeing into Naruto...you know how they do.
I also think that Kyuubi's warning about Sasuke hurting Naruto was cool. Side note.

Neither of those tackle the Perfect Jin issue, but it was good none the less.

What are you talking about. This post isn't directed to anyone specific. I just posted this here as a theory since its on the subject. Just like my other post wasn't directed at anyone specific. I really was using them to give someone an idea, I just remembered that Sasuke was able to enter Naruto and actually be able to make contact with the 9-tails. They don't tell us anything about controlling a perfect Jinchuuriki though.

But yeah, it does show that Sasuke is one of the few who can locate Kyuubi inside of Naruto.
This does not mean though that Sasuke has any hopes of controlling a Perfect Jinchuuriki though. Or casting a lasting Genjutsu that won't be broken.

Wait, isn't Naruto and Bee the only two to of become "Perfect jinchuuriki". If I am right here (not fully sure) then Madara, being awesome in genjutsu and stuff, controlling Yondaime wouldn't of been the hardest thing ever would it of :S

I think Yondaime was a Jinchuuriki who was 'supposed' to have full control over his Biju. Whether or not he was an actual Perfect Jinchuuriki,I couldn't say.

Even then though, there's a lot of mystery over how or what Madara used to control him and the Kyuubi. Madara is wrapped in too much mystery sadly to say if he only used Sharingan techniques for this or if he had discovered some secrets.

Its possible that the fourths seeming to have mastered the kyuubi was Tobi's doing? Just a thought!

I think at this point Genjutsu on Naruto is only possible if NON-Sense no jutsu is used since he has SM which should get him some invulnerability couple that with Kurama's influence.... it make this one a long shot!!!
