Speed isnt everything as shown with Rock lee vs Gaara
And Lee from what they showed base speed is faster than Minato
And the gates just purely makes him faster

She would Disembowl Minato with his own gay little kunai, then crush Itachi by wiping out her Rinnegan and make him show off his to see which doujustu is bigger!!!
