Their genjutsu is definitely stronger, but it needs eye contact, while his one doesn't, I am not sure if it was mentioned before or not, but I think Madara should have powerful genjutsu, but it didn't help him.
Genjutsu that need eye contact (Sasuke's and Itachi's) yet how is this possible if they're caught in the bringer of darkness technique? They can't see sh*t!!!!
Hash is the only senju I like but madara one on one is no itachi & sasuketwo genius among their clan I hafta say the uchiha bros tho one will surely die
Sasuke is very aggressive but very observant and strategic with his jutsu
Itachi tends to test the water then strategically uses his and his opponents jutsu against them
I think combining these very different styles equals a win against ANY opponent
If hashirama has his biju he may win seeing that odds would be in his favor the biju won't do much but distract them wasting alot of chakra
Also that genjutsu will NEVER WORK AGAINST these two
The can see chakra & have a natural genjutsu defense
Sasuke's chidori esiou is a key factor against moukton
having sharingan doesnt make you a genjutsu master.... the only ability base sharingan gives you is the ability to cast genjutsu through eye contact... genjutsu is still rare, and requires high intelligence to use..

I do how ever like the way the op gave him a tailed beast, but also didnt specify whether itachi is healthy or whether sasuke has the ms or not. Regardless team 2 wins this. Tailed beast can be dealt with either amaterasu, susanoo arrow + yasaka magatama should take care of it, although the former would do alot more damage since it burns for 7 days. If needed the totsuka sword should take the tailed beast out of this fight

At one point he had all the tailed beasts in his possession; the only other person other than So6P to fully control tailed beasts at the time. Absolutely Immense.
Would the idiots saying Tobi > Hashirama please sit down (considering Tobi was brushed aside by Minato U_U) Hashirama > Itachi and Hashirama > Sasuke. Itachi and Sasuke together just makes it more of a challenge.
Mokuton is the most powerful KKG, so powerful Hashirama was able to beat Madara EMS and Kyuubi with mainly this technique. This is just Madara using it for the first time: Do you know how powerful Hashirama's was considering he was the only person to be able to naturally use and and he mastered it?

Look at how many people have fought to get just a tiny bit of Hashirama's DNA. His chakra reserves were immense, and have subsequently allowed other shinobi's to amplify and control various other abilities. An entire Zetsu army was made out of his DNA. Hashirama beat Madara + Kurama combo. That kind of says it all...
No way in hell is Itachi, strong as he is (one of my fav characters), better than Madara, whose very name makes Kages shit themselves.
Now Sasuke fans can argue all they want, BUT Sasuke isnt better than Minato was in his day, and Minato could only teleport Kurama away and defend. He couldnt even scratch Kurama. Also, Kurama in those days had double the chakra that the Kurama in Naruto has as Minato took the Yin chakra of Kurama with him and left Naruto the Yang chakra. Dont kid yourselves thinking Sasuke is better than a complete Kurama.
Hashirama was one of the strongest ninjas EVER. The Uchiha bros cant really do anything against him. He defeated a man who would bring down METEORS at will, who also had the largest chakra force under his control. The gap in skill, power, guessing intelligence is far more than a gap; its more like a cavern.
