Kamui could take Muu out of the air.
Raikiri could also kill Muu.
How can you say nothing Kakashi has would work on Mu, that's just ridiculous.
Ps: Kakashi would not be able to sniff out Mu if he was invisible.
The only way to find someone using the invisibility technique(without using ninjutsu) is feeling for vibrations in the ground, feeling for changes in the air currents, and looking for disruptions to the surrounding environment.

have you ever considered muus ability to split into multiple bodies making him incredibly difficult to take out kamui , kamui'ing 3 or 4 muus at once is near imposible , may is say chidori could be nullified by a small dust release or simply flying
muu also has fuuton... so he can nullify alot of his lightning attacks
Well, very hard to tell... It's not like Kakashi would stand there and watch himself being hit by Muus attack. If Kakashi once has trace of Muu, he has a real chance. Muus sensory ability won't be able do differ Kage Bushin from real Kakashi. But its true, i dont's see much was Kakashi could take the offensive, only counters would be an option. But on the other side, Muu keeping his distanz by flying and spaming Jinton wont bring him the victory either. Do not underestimate Kakashis speed.

Muu has the odds stacked in his favor. Kakashi could win if he did something smart like Naruto did against the 3rd raikage but I doubt he would be able to.

Just like Orochimaru, once Mu splits his power is greatly decreased.
