It would be Muu. Kakashi cannot overuse his Kamui on the Dust Release. Furthermore Kakashi has low stamina and still not at Kage level.

Kamui could end it or Jinton could end it.

Also Mu's invisibility will be hindered by a suiton from Kakashi, so he would be able to see Mu's footsteps.
