I don't think that it's possible for the new generation to beat the legends,hype and strength of the past ninjas . Its just simply not possible.

Kitsuchi can't beat Muu.
Neji can't beat Onoki.
Kiba can't beat Danzo.
Hinata can't beat A.
Sakura can't beat Minato.
Chojuro can't beat Kisame.

The only exceptions might be if the person is a main character(Naruto or Sasuke)

Naruto already surpassed Minato and Jiraiya.
