Yes he may have a counter to the flying thunder god but the 4th is very skilled in tai jutsu and seals and summons and he is still fast without the flying thunder god technique if anything you telling me a stale mate where neither can attack We have seen how its possible to dodge gaaras sand attacks the fourth would have no no problem dodging them also minato is very intelligent and adjustable
