• Fire is the oxidation of a material that has occured in the chemical process of combustion. The visible part of the flames in fire is the glowing gasses which give off high degrees of heat, which are subject to higher energy. Fire gives off a color based on the degree of heat admitted, for example, redish orange flames, blue flames (stronger), even white flames, the latter reaching that color at degrees of no less then 2000 degrees F (1300C)
  
  
• In the Narutoverse, fire is just about the same thing, however, in terms of elemental release, it's the nature element which allows shinobi to manipulate and create fire. The Fire nature, caused by fire chakra emitted from shinobi essencially allows shinobi to create by mixing in their own chakra. The added mix of chakra allows for stronger flames (possibly) and several different shapes or forms to be taken, if constructed that way. Generally fire release jutsu are exhaled by the mouth.
  
  
• Fire release as the nature is naturally strong against Wind release. Wind being the movement of air, which contains oxigen to fuel the fire. Blowing wind on a fire only increases the range and potency of the flames, granted if they harmoize in one direction. In terms of battle, when the two clash, Fire would still be the stronger because the two opposing, the wind would at least cause a slow down in the momentum the fire is traveling at and decrese the overall power. However everything depends on the rank as saying an Sranked wind jutsu<Dranked fire jutsu just because of elemental weakness, is just idiotic. • Fire is weak against water as the water being a naturally cool entity would cause the heat from the gases in the fire to leave and travel into the water, as heat travels from high energy to low energy, the high tempatures of the fire will travel to the low tepatures of the water. Also the liquid of the water, will overshadow and douse the flames as well, smothering it. Also to some extent wind can be used against fire, despite being it's weakness, speaking in chemistry terms, if a vortex strong enough surrounds the flames, creating a vaccum, it'll leave no room for the fire to thrive, no oxigen for the increased oxidation and the fire will eventually die, however in a combat situation this would be more dificult to do.
  
  
• Fire is primarily an offensive style, being firece and whild, spreading and igniting whatever is comes into it's path. Fire is....really hot. Fire is a strong and violent nature, when latched onto to any plain where it can burn, it will burn relentlessly and it will spread and continue to spread if there is nothing to hinder it. Powerful and willed it's extreme heat contains high energy yet, with the ability to suck the energy out of others. It waves freely, rises to greater hights when fed, but when neglected and unable to spread it dies down.

I understand the Uchihas natural affinity to this element, the shinobi who bares this nature as an affinity or even just to use, requires them to be powerful, energetic, and their influence is so great it spreads consuming until I can't consume anymore It's fast. This next set of training exercises is to allow you to change your chakra nature to fire as quickly as possible and as fluently as possible. The user will take in a deep breath and then channle their Fire chakra up from their core and their lungs and then exhale balls, burts, stream, etc of Fire, however I think I remember seeing somewhere on the base a Katon technique where there is a scroll or something that somebody uses...something with a tiger I think. I think it's one of the higher ranked jutsu, I can't remember.
