Orochimaru's 3rd coffin - clear up

This thread is responding to the idea that Hiruzen prevented Orochimaru from summoning the shinobi in his 3rd coffin:

Some people have said it was Hiruzen who stopped Minato being summoned. They are referring to the shuriken Hiruzen threw at the coffin. Just to clarify, the summoning could not be complete because Minato's soul was trapped in the death God's stomach; that's the sole reason Edo Tensei failed.

In the anime we See the 3rd throwing shuriken at the 3rd coffin, While in the Manga it never Was even Raised.
