I doubt it. Only characters we have seen that can fly are able to either lighten there body (oonki) or control something that has the ability to fly (gaara's sand, Sai's ink, Dideira' Clay) UNLESS sasunoo is able to fly sasuke cannot fly (well he does have that hawk (but i doubt that counts since the hawk is techniquly a living being that can be killed and unable to be reanimated) or sasuke learned the ability to lighten his body and that is unlikely seeing as the only people that can do that have the dust technique which i also doubt sasuke learned with the mere transfer of a set of eyes.

MY conclusion his foot slid in the mud. Which mad the lines in the dirt...

No, he can´t fly, it just look like that, i know but he´s not flying.
If he wanted to fly, he couldve just used a hawk to fly in the sky but we´re not seeing that.

Point 1: When you walk you don't stop in the position your feet were when you were walking. If you did that then one of your feet would FAR behind the other which is an uncomfortable stance. Usually you just park the lagging foot in the same "row" as the foot that's ahead.

Point 2: His feet are clearly touching the ground. The lines are one of two things, either the reflection of his feet in the water or the shadow of his feet on the ground. I believe it isn't shadow because it seems like they are trying to portray the depth that reflection gives, but it could be shadow as well. I also doubt it is shadow because there is no source of light(other than the lightning).

Point 3: His feet are clearly touching the ground. His feet are clearly making prints in the ground. Sasuke is clearly making contact with the ground.

I AM 100% sure that is Sasuke is NOT flying and doesn't have the ability to fly without his summoning or some other device because there is absolutely no evidence to support flying or an ability to fly. There isn't a sliver of doubt that Sasuke isn't flying and that he can't fly.
