i dont really like the fonts..apart from rock lee 1 but they were quickly made just to see if its something i would enjoy doing

lol def not bad for a first timer. you used a gang of different things you might end up being real good if you stick to it. This is pretty creative lol.

Appreciate the effort, but I didn't enjoy them a lot to be honest. The 3rd one was the best of them all. I think you should give more time to it. Comments:
1st one:
the purple lightning and the background is too LQ, I don't know if you did that on purpose or not but I didn't like that Also like you said yourself the text is bad and is barely readable. But great job half Sasuke-half Naruto pic in it. That looks really good but you should improve the background.
2nd one:
The pic and the back ground didn't fit together at all, It's not fluent. I think it would look better if some of the effects were in front of the main picture.
3rd one:
Like I said it's the best among them, It's not a wowing-masterpiece but it's good.

Also I sensed from what you wrote that you had barely begun doing sigs. If so then good start. If you continue improving and give a bit more effort I'm sure you could do great sigs. BTW: Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I could do anything better but this is just my opinion.

yh xD i learnt how to use photoshop in school long while ago but i never used it after that but i saw some real nice sigs in the forums so thought i wud give it ago

who made the sigs you have now? those are pretty bad ass.
And if you wanna get better just look up tutorials.

Neat but some of the stuff looks pretty novice. You need to blend the background with the picture and vice versa..
