i been think allot about this and what people need to think of who was smart enough to create zetsu and who was exposed to the 1st hokage to know about the potential of his kg and smart enough to create life and am sure madara wasn't that man the only person i can think of being able to creat zetsu was the tobirama and people would say why would he created them and the answer is simple why not he made the iwr and i think madara found out about the zetsu and that's why he went for the 1st rather then another senju and all so wood release

So your saying that Tobirmara created Zetsu? If so, I agree to some extent, but....

Theory:

If so, then he could have used the White Zetsu DNA (The First Hokage) to experiment with other Forbidden Techniques, besides Edo Tensei, and the control for the Bijuu. Also, Zetsu may have not been completely finish and/or have been completed by Tobi using the DNA of Madara to perfect Zetsu abilities, or other half (Black Zetsu), which he could have incorporated into himself along with the other half (White Zetsu). Those this method gives him the Techniques possessed by Madara, Zetsu, and The First Hokage, individually or combine through experimentation.
