Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique.

So, I think it's pretty simple.

• Gather more Katon Chakra than before in your lungs
• Compress it all into one "thing" of fire in your mouth
• Expel the fire in one short, powerful, condensed burst

You want the fire to have enough heat that the target will actually collapse after exposure to the heat. Go for it.

*I begin by gathering my katon chakra throughout my body. Once I feel it is sufficient, I gather up the fire inside my mouth and keep it all together. Then, I put a small opening in my mouth and expel one condensed burst of fire.*

A positive is that it requires no handseals and because it makes them collapse you can get an extra hit on them.
A negative is that it is still weak and isn't a extremely strong flame

*I begin by weaving the handseals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, then I begin to focus my katon chakra throughout my body. I then channel it and mold it into my lungs. I then make a ring with my index finger and thumb. I then breathe the chakra-enhanced air through to ring which I then use katon manipulation to change it into fire*

• Toss the lighter short-range from you, and expand your chakra, exploding the lighter and creating a wall of fire

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by utilizing their fire chakra will create a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno.

• Make the tiger handseal and focus your katon chakra into the ground before you
• Create a string of katon chakra through the ground to your target, heating the ground as you do so to make a stream of fire
• Encircle the clone with the fire stream *Makes a clone*
• Have sections of the ring go inwards and to the clone, searing him

As this jutsu gives wind-style combo's in it's descriptions, stay away from those, if you please.
