Signature Request.

I was wondering if anyone could please make me a GIF signature with Madara Uchiha. If this is not possible I don't mind it being just a normal signature picture. If you can do GIF, just something where the picture changes but there's no movement, Preferably:

'Lightning in the background' just lighting up and disappearing, also with rain.

Preferably around 600 width to 250-300 height. Nice border, smooth edges.

I'm offering Kumi aswell, it would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Could someone also smooth out the edges of my current signature, adding a border please? Seperate task, also offering Kumi...
