Bringer-of-Darkness Technique vs Tsukuyomi

Which genjutsu do you think would be more useful? Which one would you think is stronger? I know we have only seen the Bringer of Darkness technique like one time but the genjutsu was so strong not even the God of all shinobi Hirzuen Sarutobi himself could not dispel! Then again this special sharingan genutsu called Tsukuyomi can only be broken by one who has inherited the kekki genki of the sharingan! Also if you think Tsukuyomi is the better choice say Bringer of Darkness was being used on Sasuke, you think he could dispel it?

Tsukuyomi because the bringer of darkness can be broken by one hit so it could possible be easy to break out.

Bringer of darkness, Even itachi's tsyukuyomi couldn't hit you, even tho he uses his finger to cast it, he cant see you.

Not sure. Just to state the obvious it depends.
For example tsukuyomi cannot be broken (itachi's atleast), whilst bringer of darkness can. But you could get killed in this genjutsu because you cannot dispel it by normal means. You have to make contact with your opponent and if your opponent is a long range fighter or an s/t user they would own you.

A technique is only as effective as its user. But since tsukuyomi puts the user at a great advantage (you have to look at the users feet in order to fight or risk getting mind raped) and it takes one second, ill go with it

Yes I am aware that he broke out of it but he did take alot of punches which if the opponent was blood lusted and carried a sword (ex sasuke) that person who is under the genjutsu would be dead... Also here is the description stolen from a fan made naruto site (Im assuming they used the databook for this description) "No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen."

You are correct but I am just not sure why Hiruzen stood there for like 10 minutes getting his A whooped then finally released the genjutsu after finding the caster...Also I did not read the manga I watched the Anime on this one I know the manga was different because it was Hashi not Tobi who casted the genjustu

Once the person stays far away and simply casts a jutsu to kill the person, for eg- tobirama water dragon or something, They'll die..

On the other hand, itachi;s tsukyomi is extremely deadly... but with knowledge of it... all one has to do is make some shadow clones... and then its rendered useless,

Actually there are holes to be exploited in such a technique. You do know that it only takes away one of the opponents senses (eyesight). Apart from that, they have their other sensors to counter a technique and make contact

without eye sight, that decreases a ninjas capabilities by like more than70%.... relying on smell and hearing will only get you so far.... you wont be able to dodge attacks properly etc

darkness only ends if you kill/seal the user which you can only find with a good sense of smell. tsukiyomi can be broken.

It has longer range
It is easier to cast
It harder to avoid
Its hard to dispel.
