[Spoilers] Thoughts on this weeks chapter.

Where is he... what is going on over at the Kage battle? It's seems more and more likely that my fears about that battle will come true. We haven't even gotten a hint of what's going on over there and I suspect that by the time we get round to it.. the fight will be over/ nearing conclusion.

Where is Itachi? It seems all the Edo (save for Madara and Muu) have been neutralised. Is he really heading towards Kabuto? If he is there is a chance he'll bump into sasuke seeing as him and Kabuto aren't too great a distance apart (The base being a point of reference).

This weeks chapters were abit meh... We have no confirmation on what good knowing the names of the Bijuu means... BUT

That aura around Naruto... it looks like 2-3 things... It's either representing Kurama's power (there are 9 branches) or the spirit of all 9 biju. They also bare a resemblance to the so6p tomoe symbols...

Both Tobi and Ao have said that something feels different...

theories:

By knowing the names of the Biju, Naruto has somehow gained an additional power... Perhaps to know the name is to have true control over the biju.

Naruto has somehow tapped into powers similar to the so6p.

Naruto's body has evolved with the full exposure to the life giving chakra of Kurama's chakra cloak...

All abit abstract and very little proof for any of these... but there you go!

1 thing i could not understand is why tobi said Naruto is just to encourage sasuke. Does sauske have enough power to beat naruto. If tobi with his 6 paths find it difficult how come Tobi is so confident about Sasuke. There is something going on.

I have a feeling he'll either intercept them or join in the fight at some point... Probably even attacking Tobi in the process... I don't think he will face Naruto one on one yet tho'!

I suspect he means Naruto's purpose is to drive sasuke into seeking the full extent of his power... Tobi wants to use sasuke for something... he doesn't care about their "lil duel" he just wants sasuke at full capacity for whatever it is he wants him for... (I think).

what makes tobi so confident on Sasuke even after seeing Naruto in full BM and now he might also guess that other tailed beasts have given power to Naruto. I think Sasuke has some unknown power to counter Naruto.

I think Tobi is an arrogant swine... He is constantly underestimating Naruto... But yeah... I suspect he knows (thinks he knows) that sasuke can defeat Naruto... or that he himself could!

Oh... one thought... Remember how Nagato robbed Hanzo's people of their souls with the Gedo Mazo after Yahiko died? I wonder if Tobi does that to the ninja who arrive...

Also... we still haven't seen what the point was Tobi stealing the container holding Kin/Gin...

To me this chapter was useless. Naruto and Bee are changing the landscape during this battle. Gedo statue could easily destroy as many people as it wants. Sending back up will only get Naruto or Bee captured. Especially if they can't fight at 100%.

Also Sasuke going up against Naruto now is stupid. Not only does he have access to Kurama's chakra but he has the chakra of 6 tailed beast to add to Kuramas massive chakra. At least give Sasuke a fight to warm him up.

The only thing I like about this chapter is Tobi can't admit it but he's feeling the pressure. I can't wait until Naruto pulls out the power he gained from the tailed beast. O if he could enter sage mode with all that power he has just became the SO6P.
