I put this thread together solely for this purpose:

Of any of the characters in the Narutoverse... who would you like to have as your rival?

You can judge it based on any factors you see in yourself and your opponent, be it: Strength, Wisdom, Speed, Courage, or even the Comedic Factor

Also state if it'd be a dangerous rivalry (Sasuke & Naruto)
Or a friendly one (Kakashi & Gai)
