Kisame.
first of all, the sasuke we're talking about has barely managed to use amaterasu. furthermore, kisame has various ways of escaping amaterasu. for example, samehada can take the hit, it reacts fast enough against a v2 bee so it's definitely fast enough. and even though it doesn't like fire i doubt it will die or something. or, kisame can cut off the affected body part like A did, and regenerate it with samehada. not to mention he can use a large number of water bunshin, so sasuke can't spam amaterasu. and in his water dome he's fast enough to dodge it. plus, once sasuke uses amaterasu, he's wiped out.
Sasuke as he was vs danzo is another story. the sasuke vs bee was far far weaker, people seem to forget he was killed twice in quick succession by a bee who wasn't even bothering to fight seriously. he was taking breaks and writing poems... Kisame is on the same level, but while Bee is laid back, Kisame is the most ruthless character of the series, perhaps even more so than Kakuzu and Hidan. and unlike bee, who's a bit of an idiot, kisame won't watch around while taka are helping each other out.
now, if sasuke tries to attack kisame with swordsmanship, he will get a large amount of chakra sucked out like bee did, except he does not have a large supply of it. genjutsu, we already know kisame has the willpower to break out of it even when wiped out.
chakrawise, only juugo can compete. and seeing as samehada feeds on it, even that's not a big difference maker.
durability, kisame far exceeds the whole of taka combined.
with his water clones and water prison technique, kisame can imprison karin and kill her. that's one lifeline of sasuke down.
juugo will get creamed by kisame, the more he levels up his curse seal, the more chakra kisame can take to heal himself later. he's a short range guy and not that speedy, so he's not a threat.
sasuke has to keep spamming amaterasu to kill kisame, which he couldnt do at the time. and he has low chakra supply, which combined with samehada is an unfavourable situation. plus, water<fire, especially sasuke's c or b-rank compared to kisame's. to beat water, you need earth.
suigetsu is a tough one, given that he is made of water. however, he's also low on stamina.
anyway, people talk about amaterasu. how can sasuke defeat a handful of water bunshin with water prison? the water dome? and especially, a thousand feeding sharks and the shark bullet technique? he doesn't have anything in his arsenal to beat the last two.
Kisame is the king of durability. And Amaterasu hasn't managed to defeat a high level character by itself yet, it didn't kill sasuke, it didn't kill orochimaru (2 snakes survived), it didn't kill bee, it didn't kill A and it didn't kill Nagato. Kisame is on that level and he won't be killed with amaterasu either, as I showed yesterday.
