tobirama best feats were lossing his battles and dying. as well as water jutsu.

itachi wins by feats by hype and by logic.

I would love you to try me. I have alot of formal and decent arguements to add.

And true Tobirama did never use bringer of darkness in the manga only in the anime. But he did have it in a naruto game aswell. It surely do not matter but people consider him having it because of the anime. We do assume he does posses the technique because of that.

Tobirama would be the one whom has mastered his suiton element the best. But he allso has the ability of great taijutsu, aswell as time and space techniques. He was a excellent sensory type ninja on top of that, and a genius when it came to jutsu as he invented edo tensei tho it was inperfected. He deserves more recognition then "tobirama best feats were lossing his battles and dying. as well as water jutsu."

weve never seen hbis controll over IWR never actually. and who exactly would he be able to summon in his time?

he doesn't have madara or hashirama DNA they are in the hands of oro and tobi, and kabuto.

and i doubt he can summon the sage of 6 paths.
so who exatcly does he summon? name one strong ninja from before tobiramas time other than hashirama and madara.

the same goes for his S/T jutsu what featf does he have here? have we seen his control over his ST jutsu do we know if it needs prep time or seals.

can he use it combat considering orochimaru wasn't able to utalize it probably not. at best part its spectulation that he can

based off feats, rep, experience and clan line (bloodline) I would probably give this to 2nd Hokage, but with high difficulty.
