They just showed a scan of tobi in the past vs minato when tobi attacks the leaf. So why not rinnegan tobi.

Yeah i completely agree with good boy. I mean they have three sasukes , .(chidori spear) sasuke (kirin) and sasuke (kage arc). So why not three tobis, tobi (regular) tobi (past) and tobi (sharingan and rinnegan)
