Pretty much what he said ^^It stands for Additionally Approved Canon Techniques.
As brand new techniques are shown in the manga/ anime, they add them to the jutsu list. If you've already mastered the element, you don't have to worry about it. But if it comes out and you haven't mastered the element, you have to learn them with everything else.

:|Most AACT will be taught by a sempai or sensei at the end of training
Also if you master an element and new AACT are released you will get them automatically
Basically you can find the AACT thread in the jutsu list section of the site and you will only use it after training and during battles maybe![]()
