What is A.C.C.T in naruto base rp?

It's actually AACT
It stands for Additionally Approved Canon Techniques.

As brand new techniques are shown in the manga/ anime, they add them to the jutsu list. If you've already mastered the element, you don't have to worry about it. But if it comes out and you haven't mastered the element, you have to learn them with everything else.

Also if you master an element and new AACT are released you will get them automatically
Basically you can find the AACT thread in the jutsu list section of the site and you will only use it after training and during battles maybe

OT: The A.A.C.T jutsu must also be requested when learning an element or set of techniques, because some sensei/senpai won't teach it unless you ask.

Yes and i added my input and corrected your mistake lol
You said there added to the jutsu list when in fact they stay seperate in a thread for quite some time meaning if he went to look for them he would not find them
So i thought i would just correct that and not call you on it
But since you chose to go down the herp road now you derped

They are only kept in a separate thread for around a month before they're edited in, and sometimes faster than that. And if you really wanna get technical, it's all under the "Jutsu" section, which is categorized in a list format. But if you would've kept things like this to vm, this thread wouldn't be getting unnecessary posts..

OT: I would suggest mastering the elements as quickly as possible, because they are about to overhual the jutsu list, and the AACT is about to go up..
