We don't know. We only saw him bust out of the roof of Tobidara' hideout. He's probably confused at the moment, since his Sharingan should be seeing an insane amount of chakra in all directions. He;ll probably head towards one of the locations with the largest amount of chakra: The Tobi fight or the Madara vs. Five Kage fight. Story wise, the former makes the most sense.
