I just don't understand exactly why you all think a kunai will simply kill Orochimaru. Also, we aren't sure if Orochimaru can remove the mark by the use of his skin shedding technique that sasuke used against Itachi. Also, Orochimaru has been shown to use clones proficiently, so there is no reason to engage in direct combat while trying to use Edo Tensei, he would simply sit in waiting, likely underground, waiting for his chance.

He's the only ninja called yellow flash in the hidden leaf due to his speed and a certain rule was made(flee and sight) to any ninja no matter how strong they are. For a rule like that to be made, you guys suppose to understand that minato is a quick killer, if he really intend to kill I believe he will kill any ninja easily as soon as quick lol. Before they can even make a hand sign. How would oro win him. Oro will die before he even make a hand sign, and body switch jutsu is useless, remember minato is a sealing jutsu master. He will seal oro in no time and moreover he can summon. For the fact that he can summon gamabunta I believe he can also summon pa and ma.

This battle would be determined by sealing techniques seeing as Oro manages to always find a way to survive any other sort of jutsu (well okay, Itachi and Sasuke's genjutsus also overpowered him, but we don't have an Uchiha here)

Minato specializes in sealing jutsus thanks to his wife. So I would say that Minato wins.

What seal would he use? Idk - I'm sure he know many more seals that the ones shown in the manga.

However, now we've gotten into the "Well we don't know what other jutsus [insert ninja here] had ..." part of the argument so really there isn't any reason to continue.

Conclusion: Minato wins if he can seal Oro. Oro wins if he can get Minato BEFORE getting sealed.

I know but still look at the facts. Minato surpassed Jiraya and Jiraya=Orochimaru and with what we have seen alone of Minato so far he would own Orochimaru. Thus Minato>>>>Orochimaru
