And Minato only needs one kunai to teleport and when Itachi formed the seals they had stopped throwing shuriken at each other and there's also the fact that Sasuke may already have been in Tsukuyomi. he throws kunai at closed coffin, teleports to kunai and starts attacking Oro. By attacking oro before the coffin opened, Oro didnt get the chance to put kunai in their heads so when they step out they'll side with the guy wearing a konoha headband.

I can't give the win to Minato, but I can give him a draw. With no restrictions on Edo Tensei, it wouldn't be too terribly hard for Orochimaru to win. Edo Tensei + Oro's genjutsu would likely do Minato in. We also have to think about the fact that Orochimaru is very hard to kill. Hashirama/Tobirama + Orochimaru/Manda/Yamato no Orochi are more than enough to deal with all of Minato's toad summons, as well as all of his abilities. You must also consider Orochimaru's true form, and the fact that Minato doesn't know about the paralyzation effects.

P.S. The summoned shinobi will not fight of their own free will. The kunais with the notes attatched are what bind the souls to the bodies. No kunais, no souls. End of story. You're failing to realize that Orochimaru has to simply throw out the summons and put everything on the table, not to mention Orochimaru's battle experience advantage over Minato.
