His Susanoo is better, his Tsukuyomi is infinitely better, the only thing Sasuke has is better control of Amaterasu. Which wouldn't do anything to Susanoo anyway.

Itachi is faster, smarter, better at taijutsu and genjutsu. Itachi has the elemental advantage of water over fire, whereas Sasuke's lightning is not strong or weak to water or fire.

Sasuke doesn't have any advantages except his chidori sword. Which didn't help him much in the last fight when Itachi was almost blind and near dead.

his amaterasu being better is stated only by "c". and he didn't even see itachi fighting. who's to say itachi was unable to control amaterasu. he was able to distinguish them, so I believe he could've used them the way sasuke did. he didn't because in his fight against sasuke he was just demonstrating his MS powers to sasuke and since he's low on stamina that was all he could

Yup Itachi, his Low Chakra might cause him some trouble since Sasuke would be spamming Amaterasu more than him, but The winner is definitely Itachi, I mean in their fight he was Literally allowing Sasuke to do what ever Jutsu he wanted, he was literally watching him lol! Itachis Tsukuyomi won't work on the MS, Sasuke already broke through it, both of them can use Amaterasu and Susanoo. Sasuke has a higher stamina, Itachi is smarter and has more experience. Difficult, I think Itachi take this.
