There are a lot of GFX shops which happily take requests over in the GFX Requests section. Just follow their guidelines and ask them.

If you're just looking to put a sig here, it's User CP > Edit Signature and you go from there.

and post a request for the sig following the instructions. Either go to the signature dump or ask for a new signature by posting a request. Generall you provide with an image of the character you want on your sig or simply says (for example) "i want a sig with Naruto in a red and blue color scheme" ^^ ±±​
