Doesn't really matter considering once Sasuke realized how to break it he did so instantly and like I said the only reason it worked on Sasuke was because he was scared shitless. It's nothing more then killing intent. Minato's not going to fear Orochimaru like that so I highly doubt it would do anything. If it was really so useful then he would've obviously used it on Hiruzen. Did he? No.

He died because he had nothing left to seal. He only needed to seal Kurama. Hiruzen had to seal the 1st and 2nd hokages and Orochimaru. Also you can't give him what he hasn't shown and he hasn't shown any feats summoning any other edos other then the 1st and 2nd hokage. Did he try and summon the 4th? Yes, but he failed.

That's like me trying to give Minato SM because he had a contract with the toads, knew ma and pa, and was Jiraiya's student. I'm sorry but unless there's actual evidence in the manga that he can summon other edos like Kabuto then he can't so don't bring that into versus threads.

To take down Oro you don't need normal shinobi weaponry or jutsu you need haxx,and Minato lacks the haxx to kill someone like Oro,while the contrary can't be said,hence why Itachi pushed Sasuke to the point Oro came out and sealed him with the totsuka.

If you stab Oro,nothing happens,if you land a rasengan on him,nothing happens,he's just gonna spit himself out of his mouth,and be ready to rumble again.

So yeah not to mention Edo tensei which can bring back the 1st and the 2nd, and the hydra technique.

It may not for chunin or jounin but for hokage it does. Kakashi was also promoted quicker because the leaf was at war.
