Please post anything I missed or what is inaccurate. I will update as manga goes along. (Inaccuracies exist because of multiple stories. For instance, when did Oro flee the village? Before or after 4th became Hokage and how much before/after?)

Ten Tails (Dragon) is formed. Rindoku traps it into a giant Chibaku Tensei (Moon's eye)
Rindoku loses a lot of chakra from this.
He continues to split ten tails into nine tailed beasts.
The Tailed Beasts are spread across the Ninja world.
Soon, Rindoku Sennin is on his deathbed.
He gives his older brother his eyes, his younger, his body.
Rindoku chose a successor - the younger brother
The elder fought the younger brother.
They drifted apart.

GREAT NINJA WAR 1
Uchiha was well known for powerful chakra and the Sharingan.
"Madara's" chakra was especially strong. His life now is proof of that. (TBC)
He killed his friend and brother in a quest to to become stronger.
He gained a perfect Mangekyo (Shishui?) and became clan leader.
Senju and Uchiha fought.
His brother agreed to everything, offered up his eyes (apparently)
Senju asked for a Truce with Uchiha and they agreed.
Madara opposed the truth, wanting his brother and the fighting to mean something.
Truce accepted in the end, everyone wanted peace.

Danzou Born.
70 ish yrs ago
System of 1 village per country starts.
Fighting begins to lessen, creating some peace.
Dispute over Hokage position in Konoha.
Uchiha loses superamacy to Senju's Harashima.
Madara opposes Senju. Chooses war but there are no followers.
Madara leaves the village, betrayed by everyone.
65 yrs ago
Hashirama defeats Kakuzu from Takigakure.
Sarutobi, Koharu and Tomura are trained.
Madara Comes back with 9-tails.
Uchiha Madara versus Senju Harashima.
Harashima wins, carvings are made in the Valley Of The End.
Uchiha Madara "died" here.
Hashirama dies in battle later.
Harashima's brother, the 2nd Hokage, took the position.
Madara leaves village again. (To Land of Mist)

Konoha military police formed, to distance Uchiha from the village.
Rebels start to follow Madara.

Tsunade born.

Third becomes Hokage.
Homura, Koharu become advisors.

Danzou goes to Hanzou in Land of Rain. (Not present with Nagato's battle)

Kakishi Born.
GREAT NINJA WAR 2
The Three Legendary Sennin go to land of Rain.
They meet Nagato, Yahiko, Konan.
Jiraiya trains them.
Nagato creates the 6 paths of Pein.
Danzou(?) gets Hanzou to threaten Yahiko and Nagato.
Yahiko kills self.
Nagato goes "Gedo Mazo" and takes everyone's souls. Becomes Pein.
(Hanzou teleports away)
Tsunade gives brother Nawaki the Amulet of Death.
Orochimaru and 2 other Genin go with Niwaki on a mission.
Niwaki runs into an explosive trap and dies.
Tsunade asks about the body but Orochimaru says it isn't recognisable.
Tsunade takes back Amulet of Death.
Tsunade gives Dan necklace.
Dan dies the next day in battle, from his wounds.
Anko born.

Madara agrees not to hurt village.
Itachi masaccares the clan.
Sasuke attempts to stop Itachi but he gets away.
Itachi flees village.
Itachi joins Akatsuki.
Orochimaru, when he he sees Itachi, tries to take over his body and take his eyes.
Itachi cuts Orochimaru's left hand off.
Orochimaru leaves Akatsuki, seeking a new body.
Kabuto finds Orochimaru, follows and helps him.
