Mokuton= Cool nature combination (suiton+doton). versatile. the most valuable advanced nature and rare. Basically powerfull. Biju taming traits better than EMS (Hashi tooked kyuubi from Madara's control). Gives you good physical traits.

EMS= Gay. Have to see your most precious person get killed--> becoming emo + need to took new eyes from your brother (also emo)--> becoming even more emo.
Result: Gets blindness cure + make lower the stamina comsuption of MS tech + cheap new power + Emo lordie crown= Ultimate b****

Make a forest with one jutsu and they will pay u a lot for the wood and u will protect the tropic rainwoods. And u don't have to cheat in a way like genjutsu.
And u can make ur self a pretty nice villa from wood whenever, where ever u like. And a bridge, and a table, and a baseball bet, and a ... well u get the point.
