FTG or Wood Release(Mokuton)

like before two very powerful jutsu that made both wielders very powerful and feared so which one out of the two would be better in a fight or overall and which would you pick of the two?
i picked ftg

This is pointless. In literally every way, FTG is better: range, usability, etc. And it more or less allows the user to beat anyone (especially in Minato's hands). I mean it's instantaneous teleportation, which means speed is useless since you have to accelerate whereas the FTG user will beat you no matter how fast you move.

ftg isnt always better u need kunai or a seal on a person to work wood release u can prevent it coming to you and can use it anytime plus tailed beast taming is a plus

Before Hashi, Madara, Yamato, Zetsu, or Tobi could use a jutsu, anybody with FTG, especially Naruto or Minato would eat them for Brinner.

And why would the user not have anything with the seal on it? Not to mention it can easily be applied anywhere. That's like saying the Wood Release user can't use any Mokuton techniques despite being able to use them. >.>
