Yea and you probably got that from naruto wiki which is a fan made site. The jutsu is the one I just showed you hence why Akatsuchi and Kurotsuchi were able to fly as well. He simply made them extremely light by touching them.

but kakashi may be able to copy it if it is a jutsu and not a kg i dont see why he couldnt (oonokis not madaras)

well there is a thin line between levatation and flying lol but either way he can hang out in the air and move around in the air so wether or not what he calls it he can fly imo

shinrai tensai is one of the deva path technique's.shinrai tensai does not allow him to fly,in fact shinrai tensai is a technique which allows the user to repulse any tech with the amount of force it has.

the deva path has the abilty to manipulate gravity so that's how he was able to fly.

No, flight is the technique of it's own, probably associated with dust release since only Muu and Onoki are know to be able to use it. If you are going to use narutowikia in your posts, do some research beforehand. You will see that there is specifically a page for that technique.
