Mind you Tobi had 6 Jinchurriki by his side at this point. His companions are gone. Meanwhile Naruto is still at a high power level and the other 3 (Kakashi, Guy, and Bee) still have some fight left in them.

Also, you can't say what the other 5 Biju gave Naruto because we don't know yet. It could have been nothing, it could have been chakra, who knows.

On the flipside, who knows what kind of power Tobi has in him. He has shown very little of it so far.

My prediction is Tobi will retreat eventually. I think the force of Naruto, Bee, Kakashi, and Gai will be too much for him to handle alone. Not to mention Naruto wants to free the Biju, which will destroy the Moon's Eye Plan. Tobi's plan is already complete. He has chakra from the Hachibi (the tentacle substitute that the statue sucked up way back when Bee tricked Sasuke) and he has chakra from the Kyuubi (the Gold and Silver Brothers). He may not be able to get the Juubi, but it would be smart for him to retreat at this point in time.

Yes Naruto does, he is a jinchuuriki after all. Also a descendants of Uzumaki clan he has the blood to be that op and has the powerful bijuu, also his determination helped him alot.

Well Tobi's paths are gone but now they have to deal with the Gedo Mazou that pretty much sealed all the Bijuu back into it.

I'm not sure whether full cooperation with the fox really boosted his speed furthermore. I have heard several people saying that but as many times as I go back on the manga, I don't see anything saying that. All I know is that now he could use a full transformation and full cooperation with the fox for an overwhelming advantage that he didn't have with KM.

Back then, Tobi said that he should've phased right through him implying that he just chose not to and then told Naruto that he couldn't even scratch or crack his mask.

I do believe that Tobi's expertice with the Rinnegan might surpass Nagato's in some occasions since I saw that Son told Naruto that Tobi's bondage via the Rinnegan was stronger than Nagato's. I don't know how long Tobi has been alive for so it's possible that since he was the one who gave Nagato the Rinnegan, for all we know Tobi might have even been using the Rinnegan previously for over 50 or maybe even 100 years. We don't know.

Minato managed to hit him once. If they were to fight again, perhaps the outcome might not be the same. So I never use their fight as an example for anything since Tobi got overconfident in trying to grab Minato up to the point were Minato just teleports to the kunai that had just passed behind him. Tobi ended up realizing this after Minato had jumped to the kunai and hit him with Rasengan. If Tobi would've stayed intangible during that process then Minato would've just wasted his chakra. Minato did win that battle but if they were to fight again, I wouldn't be saying that Minato would always win. Especially with the current Tobi.

For right now, if Tobi can use Nagato's powers with his Rinnegan or even better, then i don't think Naruto with BM stands a chance yet. Tobi is one of the biggest misteries in this manga. In my opinion, Tobi is the main antagonist so I don't think he would be defeated anytime soon.

And no, I don't think Naruto got any new powers with the other Bijuu. They simply put their faith in Naruto the same way Son and Kurama did.

I do agree with some of your points when it comes to Shinra Tensei. Naruto could overpower it. But if he's just going to use BM then he would be vulnerable to Preta Path. To win, Naruto must also think about using SM or SM clones which he might end up using if Tobi has Preta Path to make sure Tobi refrains from having Preta up all the time.

You might want to take another look at the manga. The Gedo Mazou did seal the tailed beasts back within it in one of the last pages after Naruto started to lose BM.

The op asked if he could beat Tobi without any help. Naruto's in base and can't enter bm since his time just ran out. Tobi has gedo mazo which has the power of 7 tailed beasts in it.
