Creation of Things

So, the sage Was said to be abl to create things out of thin air with his technique, like with the Biju, so I was thinking...what if he created his sons like that?And that's why one inherited the body and the Spirituual inergy and the other inherited the Eyes that the physical energy?Maybe he did it on purpose?I don't really know what the point would be and I'm not saying I believe this, just thought I'd see what you guys say?
Dunno I'd this has been said before, but I couldn't ind anywhere.

I dont think "creating things out of thin air" was mentioned in the manga, creation of all things referred to him creating nine tailed beasts out of the ten tailed beast, we are yet to understand that ability.

im pretty sure it was said he could create form out of nothing, creating the physical form by moulding yang chakra and breathing life into it by moulding yin chakra....at least thats how i think it goes
