Anyway, tell me what is fuuinjutsu and what is it in relation to chakra and us ninja.

Basicall,y fuuinjutsu are sealing techniques. They can seal a buttload of stuff, but mostly are used to seal weapons/chakra into a scroll or a tattoo on someones body. They can also be used by putting a tag on someone and restricting their muscular movement or just seal their chakra. It has been seen to have several different sorts of use. For example, Naruto has been seen to hold the key to kurama's prison by sealing it, but also sealing away the nine tails itself was possible. Sasuke is seen sealing a large amount of weapons to summon them later. There are an insane amount of examples so I won't go in on it.
The relationship to chakra and ninjas... I guess it's possible to store chakra, albeit your own or someone else's, and to block/halt chakra by using it. For ninjas, it's used to seal stuff, I can't really say more about it, except that members from the uzumaki-clan were specialist in it, and so was minato o-o.

There's the 8 something seal - The seal consists of 2 "4 something" seals. Minato applied them on Naruto to seal the kyuubi in him. The seal can be opened or closed in order to let more or less chakra respectively seep into naruto's chakra to mingle. It also can release the kyuubi if opened.
There's the sealing one that Orochimaru did on Naruto.
This one completely disrupted his chakra so he couldn't focus it, and closed the chakra of the kyuubi leaking in if I remember correctly. Jiraiya undid it with the opposite one.

I start to focus the a normal-type of chakra in my hand. I let it rotate and yet pop out, creating a rotating sphere of chakra. I increase the amount of chakra a bit and hold the rasengan in my hand.

Nice chakra control, even distribution of chakra. Ok release the jutsu and follow as i do.

Now instead of focusing the chakra into a ball in the center of your palm, i want you to gather and focus the chakra throughout your hand. Be sure to do it slowly at first. I dont want you blowing off your hand, simply because i dont think you can grow another one O_O

I start by letting a small dose of the chakra inside of the rasengan seep into my hand. I make sure to even out the amount of chakra through every finger, my palm, every part of my hand. I keep it stable and focused, and make sure I don't release it to wildly or let a too large amount seep into my hand. When I feel the level of chakra is evenly distributed, I continue to downgrade my rasengan, letting the chakra seep into my hand. I keep on distributing it evenly, and make sure that my entire hand gets an even portion of it, controlling the level of chakra to make sure it doesn't spike out in any part of my hand. I continue this until my rasengan is gone, but still control the chakra.

okie dokie looking good so far. here is the hard part.
*makes a kage bunshin*
Hit her in the stomach. dead center to suspend her chakra network thus making her immobile.

I start to run around after the kage bushin, but continue to make sure the chakra stays even. It is harder than I imagine. I keep on running towards her, and at a certain point cut her off, jumping over her and hitting her in the stomach as I land infront of her. By doing so I insert the chakra, and render her of controlling hers well.

Occasionally we shinobi come across flames to strong to put out. Rivers to deep to cross etc etc to get around such challenges we have created a way to use chakra to store these elements (with more advanced fuuinjutsu weapons,chakra and even souls ) into scrolls.
YOSH! I need you to create medium size fire ball. Preferably in front of you so that you dont burn me.
