6.not that useful too slow or amaterasu easily stops them and itachi can send multiple flames from one amaterasu meaning he can stop them easily and without too much effort
7. Ct is not slow but slower than totsuka and add to the fact nagato has bad mobility he is vulnerable to getting sealed

But Nagato can multiply the dogs so it coasts a lot of chakra to kill them all.
And while Itachi defend himself Nagato got enough time to prepare Ct or Gedo Mazo.

If thats the case nagato stole all the techs from madara since he got the rinnegan and is not a natural user.

reasons nagato is not original user:
1. tobi claimed he gave rinnegan to nagato(allegedly)
2.madara mentions nagato
3.nagato never turned off his rinnegan(like kakashi)
4. he is an uzumaki who is relative of senjus aka ppl who had the sage's body not eyes
5.he can't use uchiha techs

All meaning he is not the original user and this is not One piece so this comparison is invalid
