I don't count that considering danzo could of killed sasuke. But he was deciding on who he should use shusui's Ms technique on and he spent to much time thinking about it. Though it was a good fight still and sasuke wasn't at his peak when the fight happened.

Eternal means it lasts forever. EMS is just MS that wont eventually go blind/lose power. If EMS was something other than that it would be called Super Ms or something like that. there has never been anything that said you gain any new abilities from it, the reason madara became so powerful with it is because he could now use his MS all the time with no risk of losing it. before he had to limit usage because of how much pain it caused and because it was making him lose his eyesight.

Madara either threw the fight in order to steal Hashi's power ( cells ) and fake his death, or some other random shit happened.

I mean, yeah. .It 's still "Mangekyou Sharingan", so of course the two Sharingans are similar, if not mostly the same.

Thing is, along with not going blind ever again, The Eternal Mangekyou probably amps your Sharingan powers even more than before. Like in Sasuke's case, his Susano'o looks waay different, and it can inferred it's stronger now with EMS simply because EMS is a higher tier of Sharingan than plain ol' Mangekyou Sharingan. .If that makes since.
