im new to reading the manga but i was wondering why sasuke didnt try to kill tobi because he also was in own killing the uchila clan with his own free will

Sasuke's smarter than most people give him credit. He's trying to play Tobi as much as he can and then probably going to get some well deserved revenge. At some point in the manga/anime, he told his team that they're only using akatsuki (when he joined).

sasuke does not trust tobi at all cause he nows he had a hand in the massacre his first priorities are killing the higherups that ordered the massacre of the uchiha clan and he sees it as there fault it happened to begin with i have a feeling sasuke will betray tobi thou

Either Sasuke used Tobi to get EMS and plan on killing him, or sasuke's just an idiotic bitch-*****. Unless Tobi dies in this fight, Im sure Sasuke will do him in
