It is performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible. And it is mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal cutting and slashing damage. That can be very useful.

-It's weakness.
Wind main weakness is for you are fighting a enemy that is a Katon user, and making so gives you a lower chance of winning.

-It's strength.
Wind release main strength is that it is effective against lighting element, so if you are facing a lighting user, higher chance you will be the winner.

-I gather up a small amount of chakra, in doing that I release it as futon chakra. After doing that I manipulate the flow of my futon chakra, it seems I have done it correctly and dust from the ground below me begins to arise.-

-I start by focusing my chakra, then I start to release it, but first I convert the chakra I am focusing on into futon chakra, I start to manipulate the futon chakra so it starts to shape into a rotating wall of wind, before I finish it, I make sure I have made the wind sharp enough which I have-

-I simply jump into midair and gather up some futon chakra into my mouth and release it as stream, which sends me flying backwards-​

Throw out some shuriken then release your chakra, make the chakra take focus on the shuriken, form spheres of wind around them then launch them at a tree. So basically redo this one.
