[Theory] this is how unlockin SO6P works

1+1=2 Uchiha DNA + Senju DNA = Uzumaki DNA. SO6P was an Uzumaki, Madara and Tobi are reverse engineering to the SO6P to a time when there were no Uchiha, No Senju. Only Uzumaki.

It never said uzumaki were descendant of the senju clan........ it only stated the two sons where ancestors to the uchiha and senju clan........... and that the uzumaki and senju where related soo basically their both descendants of the younger son

I loved your theory it makes sense so after fight when sasuke is on death bed naruto will take those eyes and becomes so6p like kakashi took sharingan from obito.

I have many issues with your theory but I'll start here.

You mention EMS...it isn't acquired. It's either given or taken.

If the Sage of the Six Paths was as great as all that, do you think he'd want the Sharingan users to take their brothers eyes?

my theory has nothing to do with obtaining EMS just rinnegan being a natural transformation! soo there should be no issue
