May i Ask why Tsunade is 10th?

She Maybe Hokage but Combat i doubt she is in the Top10

Her Taijutsu and pure strength is one of the best only beaten by the Raikage's(A and the 3rd Raikage). Also having lots of stamina and being the best medic in Naruto helps her recover from any injuries.
And if healing dosen't work because the injury is too fatal then she can use Creation Rebirth which makes all injuries disappear and even a stab through the heart with Orochimaru's Kusanagi was instantly recovered from.

She also has a massive slug Katsuyu which is capable of spitting acid,healing itself and others and splitting into lots of mini-versions of itself.

So i think she deserves a spot in the top 10.
